Senior Yoga

AY offers classes to seniors in both private and group settings. We travel to senior centers, assisted living facilities and residences. AY’s senior yoga program is diverse, beneficial and fun!

We have come up with one of a kind seated yoga class that focuses on slowly building muscle, personal confidence, regaining balance and increasing mobility. While working on these skills, we keep in mind each persons comfort level and body history. Classes are mindful, beneficial and most importantly a fun new activity that acts as a mind workout, just as much as body!
