In school offerings offer a unique opportunity for students to find time to take some deep breathes and regulate their nervous systems, while getting some energy out through movement. Classes are dynamic, fun and extremely interactive.

Applied Behavior Analysis is a gift to children on the spectrum and we’re proud to be a big part of the premiere program in the state, APEX Educational Solutions. APEX is integrated within several school systems and also has a state of the art Learning Center in Wallingford, CT. APEX continues to pioneer new ideas while maintaining a personalized touch for each child who attends. Within their learning center, AY has it’s own formal yoga studio. Have a specific studio space allows children a comfortable place of peace where they know their yoga practice will be. Lighting is low, decor is minimal and focused for visual learners and relaxing music plays lightly in the background. During class students learn breathing techniques, yoga movement/poses and also have a zen zone for days when a simple low stimulation break is needed. Classes are held at the AY studio inside the APEX Learning Center Mondays and Tuesdays.
